- Dry ingredients:
- ~1.4 cups cocoa powder(unsweetened)
- 1 cup Krusteaz gluten free flour
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 3/4 cups loosely packed brown sugar
- 3 dashes of salt
- 1 heaping TBSP baking powder
- 1 TBSP ground flax seed
- Chocolate chips (as many as you want)
- Wet ingredients
- 1 Heaping TBSP vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 cup lukewarm water
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl except chocolate chips
- Mix in all wet ingredients except boiling water
- Mix in chocolate chips
- Mix in boiling water until batter becomes the viscosity in between cake and brownie batter
- Bake at 375F until done (for me this was around 30mins)
