I made this blog mainly as a way to express my passion for nutrition, cooking, research, and exercise. I have various articles about food, supplements, recipes, and will be adding exercises/workouts as I find the time. This blog is a work in progress.
Please be advised that many of the posted exercises are difficult and can lead to injury if performed incorrectly. Please ask for assistance with anything that you are unsure of. Please keep in mind that I also have anterior pelvic tilt and lumbar lordosis that I am currently correcting. As this is the case, many of the exercise pictures show my arched back even though my core and glutes are fully engaged. When performing these exercises, your back should be less arched for optimal stability.
All gifs and videos are available for personal or commercial use with or without my permission but please attribute them accordingly. My youtube account has multiple videos for embedding as well.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Pittsburgh, a minor in Chemistry, a minor in Fitness, and a certification as an Exercise Physiologist. I use my background to produce the articles on this blog and welcome any questions that may arise.
All programming on this blog is done by me. Source code will be supplied on request.
