Food Spotlight: Cauliflower(Brassica oleracea - Botrytis Group)

Cauliflower is a domesticated cultivar of Brassica oleracea, aka wild mustard.  One of my favorite foods is steamed cauliflower with cheddar cheese.


Other great ways to prepare it:
  • Roasted in the oven with:
    • Olive oil
    • Salt and Pepper/Turmeric
