Power Bowl


This is a simple and healthy idea for a quick protein and omega 3 fat source.

Don't let the looks deceive you, it can be pretty delicious with high quality sardines and the proper seasoning.

Canned/Fresh Sardines
Canned/Fresh Cooked Spinach

Optional Seasonings:
Adobo
Sazon
Garlic/Onion Powder
Salt/Pepper
Mustard/Dry Mustard with salt and vinegar
